Shasta Health Assessment & Redesign Collaborative
Since 2009
The Shasta Health Assessment and Redesign Collaborative (SHARC) is a dynamic group of health care leaders that has been working to improve access to quality affordable healthcare in the North State since 2009. The collaborative is coordinated by the Health Alliance of Northern California (HANC). In 2023, the collaborative was designated as an Accountable Community for Health.
History
SHARC has worked since 2009 on the following community wide issues for health system improvement:

SHARC Coordinator: Health Alliance of Northern California
The Health Alliance of Northern California (HANC) has coordinated the work of SHARC since 2009. HANC is a Consortium of Federaly Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) also known as Community Health Centers, in the North State. To learn more about HANC visit thehanc.org.
