Community Health Alliance for Children and Youth (CHACY)
Community Health Alliance for Children and Youth (CHACY) is part of the Shasta County Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative which is an approved project of the California Accountable Communities For Health Initiative.
Substance Use Coalition
The Shasta Substance Use Coalition is a group of medical and social providers whose aim is to reduce harm and death caused by substance use in Shasta County.
Case Management
To support the professional development of our local Case Managers, quarterly trainings are offered for Case Managers working in healthcare, education, social services or addiction/recovery. The trainings include opportunities for peer networking as well as educational topics relevant to the important work of Case Managers. A volunteer group of Case Managers organizes the agendas and plans the events to respond to the needs identified by training participants.
